Superb. Exciting experience!

Amazing facility, good sea view, friendly and proactive staff, great meals. Was served an early breakfast and shuttled to the airport because I had an early flight back to the capital.

Some roads leading to the facility are under construction making access to the facility difficult and unpleasant

Good stay on a business visit to town

Good business hotel. Excellent internet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet.

The lunch buffet is quite simple and not necessarily value for money. The air conditioning in the coffeeshop and buffet area could be cranked up somewhat.

Good but won't go again

The staff were generally good (with a major exception). Delighted that the airport pickup worked. I was expecting that it wouldn't. The setting was good and housekeeping was fine. Food was okay but not that good for the price.

Well... the room service for breakfast was SHOCKINGLY bad. I mean REALLY bad (I only it tried once). Reception was very apologetic, but that doesn't change the situation. Eventually it turned up. The selection was missing half of the order (I have photos to prove that) and stupid things - like fruit salad - was replaced with a plate of lettuce and carrots, for example. What a shocking mess. What really angered me was that they had the nerve to charge a room service charge when they had very clearly screwed up. How insulting is that. I didn't bother to complain. It's Ghana, it won't change anything by complaining. I will probably not return there as a result of this (I have been there a number of times). The receptionist didn't ask ask about our stay. I CAN GUESS WHY LOL

Excellent view. Hotel facilities are offered at no extra cost. The girl who offers Thai massages is excellent and affordable price. Top breakfast!

Some staff are in the moon: at the reception no one had an idea who had the key for the gym. I had to wait 30min until by chance I saw the person with the key in the hall. For breakfast it wasn’t clear for me how the order to prepare the omelette was. Maybe there were other priority clients...

The staff were professional and sensitive to my needs. There was a phone in the room for my use at no cost to me. That was a plus and totally unexpected and came in handy when my phone discharged.

I would have loved to walk along the beach but there is no direct access to the beach from the hotel.

I loved the bed, room was clean. The restaurant was good; food great, service excellent; and the staff were friendly. .

I didn't like the evening entertainment. The live band was boring so I went to bed early.

No direct access to the beach Friendliness of staff, some were super nice, others almost arrogant No eye for detail (eg not even a stirrer or spoon for coffee in the room; a gin tonic served without napkins, stirrer, nibbles) Room had a very stale smell AC and steppers in gym were not working

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pools were also to a very high standard, easily the best in takoradi. After a hiccup on the first night, everything was great and the staff were lovely! Must've caught them in a bad mood!

When me and my boyfriend first turned up, we had traveled on a tro tro for 5 hours to get there. When we entered the hotel the staff seemed to turn their noses up at us and put us in a room under maintenance. We did not appreciate this as we were judged on our appearance after a very long journey, and also the fact we are young. The staff should have the same attitude for all of their customers.
